As a former financial planner, I spent years trying to understand the small business aspects of running my practice. Finally, I developed a Business System that allowed me to truly run the business, not just be run by it. As I systemised, the practice became more valuable – not by adding more clients, but by working with fewer, better-aligned clients, and delivering consistently high-quality service. The result was growth that was intentional, scalable, and ultimately more rewarding.
