Thanks Tamara.Morey and I couldn't agree more about ditching the micro-management. Guidance and collaboration are essential, but no-one needs someone looking over their shoulder either literally or figuratively. Trust is so important - the team need to trust their managers and vice versa. Well done on being ahead of the pack with your hybrid/remote work model. We can all learn from trailblazers like you.
