Advisely Board
4 months agoThanks Terry-Bell for your article. Numbers 6 and 9 resonate with me. I know from experience if resources aren't dedicated to marketing then it won't happen or it happens in a slip-shod way. Communication to the client, on a micro level, is also effective. We're all busy, but picking up a phone to speak to a client, can make a world of difference (and is more rewarding than back and forth emails). Importantly it doesn't have to be the adviser who calls the client, it could be members of your team. When the client relationships are solid, and word of mouth is positive, the ROI for marketing is increased.
