3 months agoHi Darren.Smith Thanks so much for sharing your personal experience and thoughts - you really have had a challenging 6 months and sometimes keeping your head above water is the best that you can do. It's amazing how quickly your focus can change to what really matters when we face adversity. It's a shame it takes upheaval and unexpected events to move us to the important things. We're all on a bit of a journey and it's definitely not linear. In answer to your question, what has had the biggest impact on my focus - understanding my values, realising I can effect change, and not giving a toss about what doesn't matter. Wishing you well.
