thanks Darren.Smith I great article and a good reminder on business planning and staff engagement, We have had a major change in the business late last year and this has allowed us to re-calabrate, re-engineer and refresh our practice, as a team we have put a strategy in place with a vision of where we want to be over the next two years, we how we want to the business and our people to grow.  It is extremely exciting for Integra and we all have renewed energy!!
