How to enter

Complete the Advisely Mass Market Survey between Tuesday 15th July and Sunday 31st August 2025 to enter the draw to win. We will be notifying the winner by 12:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.

This is a Game of Chance. Competition closes 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 31st August, 2025 and winner will be drawn at random at 10:00am (AEDT) Tuesday 2nd September, 2025. Competition is open to any individual over the age of 18 years with a valid email address (“Eligible Entrants”). To enter the competition, the Advisely Mass Market Survey is to be completed for the first time. A limit of one entry to this Competition applies per person.

Terms & Conditions
General

1. Iress Limited ABN 47 060 313 359 (“Iress”) will conduct a prize competition (“the Competition”) through Iress’ online Advisley platform (“Advisley”) according to these terms and conditions. By participating in the Competition, all entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

Competition Period

2. The Competition commences on Tuesday 15 July 2025 at 10 am (AEST) online through the Advisley website. All submissions of the Survey must be completed by 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday 31 August 2025 (“Competition Close Date”). The Winner will be notified that they have won the competition via email by 12pm (AEST) on Tuesday 2 September 2025. 

Entry Criteria/How to Enter

3. Entry to the Competition is open to any individual over the age of 18 years with a valid email address and who do not work for Iress or benefit from the Competition (“Eligible Entrants”). There is no entry fee for the Competition.

4. Each Eligible Entrant must successfully complete all three (3) questions of the Advisley mass market survey and submit it before the Competition Close Date  (the “Survey”).

5. Each Eligible Entrant is allowed one entry into the draw. 

Competition Criteria

6. This is a game of chance to promote Iress’ business by encouraging financial advisors to engage with Iress. 

7. All Eligible Entrants will be assigned a number. Iress will generate two numbers at random. The Eligible Entrants that match the randomly generated number will be the winning entries (“the Winner or together Winners”).

Prize (Description & Conditions)

8. Each Winner will be notified via email by 12pm (AEST) on Tuesday 2 September 2025. 

9. The Winners will be announced by Iress on Tuesday 2 September 2025 by 5pm and will be published on the Advisley competitions and landing pages. 

10. If the email sent to a Winner is not successfully delivered, Iress will select a new Winner in accordance with clause 7. 

11. The prize is an electronic Good Food Gift Voucher, each with a value of $500.00 AUD (“the Prize”). 

12. The Prize will be sent electronically to each Winner via email to an email address provided at the time of entry. 

13. By submitting an entry, you consent to be contacted by Iress via email in relation to this Competition. 

14. Iress is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize. 

15. Iress is not responsible for any terms and conditions that are associated directly with the use of the Prize.  

16. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. 

17. The Prize is not exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Privacy

18. Eligible Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition (“Purpose”), including but not limited to: disclosure to Iress’ third party service providers, as required by law or a regulatory authority, promotional and marketing purposes, and any other purpose that is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, Iress’ functions or activities.

19. By entering the Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to Iress’ collection and use of Eligible Entrants’ personal information for the Purpose, and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. A copy of the Iress Privacy Policy is available at https://www.iress.com/resources/legal/privacy-policy/. Eligible Entrants should note that this URL may be subject to change but the Iress Privacy Policy will always be found on the Legal section of the Iress website.

20. By entering the Competition, Eligible Entrants agree to participate in any public relations arranged by Iress, including but not limited to Iress using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media platform for an unlimited period of time without payment of royalties or commission to the Eligible Entrant.

Iress’ Rights

21. By entering the Competition, Eligible Entrants grant Iress a non-exclusive licence to use the content of their entry in any way Iress wishes without payment of royalties or commission to the Eligible Entrant.

22. By entering the Competition, Eligible Entrants warrant that their submission is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights, and agree to indemnify Iress with respect to any IP claims brought by a third party against Iress alleging that the Eligible Entrant’s submission infringes any copyright, design or trade mark intellectual property rights.

23. Iress reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any Eligible Entrant’s submission that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or at Iress’ discretion.

Winner’s Rights

24. The Winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these terms and conditions, or by Iress generally.

25. Notwithstanding clause 20, to the extent that it is permitted to do so under law, Iress excludes all liability arising in tort, contract or otherwise for any injury, loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.
