6 months agoXPLAN is absolutely under utilised and is a great platform when used correctly. There are a number of issues why this is the case.
Personally Iress/Xplan need to be much better and proactive at training. The control of the crm seems to be a battle between the licensee and XPLAN and not the adviser, who is ultimately paying for this service. Most advisers/users have no idea how to set up efficiencies and automation within XPLAN, merge documents and coding, a simple client listing, threads and workflows. I spent the time learning XPLAN to a high level, and it’s been a great benefit to me and my business, but most advisers are not going to do this.
If you don’t know what is available, you don’t know what you are missing out on.
