📚Thanks so much for all of your questions! Some of them definitely required me to think outside the box but also reminded me of how flexible Xplan can be in helping to automate processes.

blake.tooth3, I have just had confirmation that we are working on a plugin to cater for the new outlook, this will be able to be used in the desktop version and online. Keep on eye on the release notes.

Not sure if this should be in its own thread, but I got a notification saying I need to update XWord, but it looks like the installer needs some work as it gets confused with the two different program files sections for new versions of MS Word -> are you able to confirm if this is being fixed?

Hi blake.tooth3, sorry this took a moment to reply - there is no work currently planned for the Xword toolbar. If your issue persists, could you please raise a support ticket, so the team can troubleshoot and diagnose the cause? Thanks heaps.

Is there a way to lodge a support ticket directly, without going via my licensee?

Hi blake.tooth3 your licensee will need to raise the request, however, if the issue is specific to your computer set up, the licensee can ask the support team to contact you directly to troubleshoot. I hope that helps!
