Review Dates/Frequency - assigning in bulk?
Hi fiona.matthews.0 , thanks for posting! You can use a csv file import file to bulk add review dates & frequency to selected clients.
⚠️Before importing client data, it is recommended that you first export the relevant data being updated and save this file as a back-up. Read: Export Client Data
👨🎓 Always test your import file on a few test clients before running it across your entire client list!
I've attached a csv template here that you can use and I also recommend reading the following article: Import Client Data, particularly the sections on valid date formats , import field group data and warnings about importing data.
For example, a csv for the review group would contain the following columns:
| entity_id | review_manual_completion | review_review_comment | review_date_completed | review_time_completed | review_date | review_desc | review_frequency | review_adviser | review_end_time | review_time | review_status | review_type |
You must include the entity id in the file and make sure you understand the difference between append and overwrite as per the above article.
Finally, the ability to import data is capability based so if you don't see the menu options under your log in, you may need to get in touch with your site administrator. Often your site administrator will even perform this task for you if you provide them with the import file!
I hope that helps!
