The people behind the Community
If you're curious about who might be posting in the Community, look no further:
- Community Managers, Moderators, and Advisely Staff
- You can distinguish them by the Advisely logo next to their username and the rank title they have. Find out who they are here.
- Advisely Contributors

- Advisely Community Members
- That's you!
- That's you!
What’s great is everyone helps everyone else, regardless of rank, knowledge, or experience. After all, that’s what a good community is all about.
Here's some tips when posting in the forums:
- Always be respectful and polite to other users
- If a reply helped you, consider marking it as a solution so other users can find it more easily
- It's good to familiarise yourself with our Community Guidelines
- If you have any support issues with Xplan, it's always good to raise a ticket in Iress Connect first. In the meantime, you can search the discussions for users posting about the same issue first before starting a new thread.
- Keep an eye out for our 'Ask me anything' threads – these are live discussion events where you have direct access to pose your questions to industry and Xplan experts during a set period of time. Find out when the next one is here.
- Don't be shy to contribute! Many people have questions about best practices in advice or Xplan. Remember, you don't need to be an expert to answer some of these questions!
- You can introduce yourself and meet other Community users here!
See you around 😁
