Xplan Client Access Temp Passwords
Is there an underlying Client Access password default expiry timeframe even if not added in Settings? We have a number of clients unable to access getting the message "incorrect username or password".

Hi dianne.preece.0, there shouldn't be an expiry if that's what has been selected. There could be any number of reasons as to why they can't log in - best to raise this with the service desk team on Iress Connect, please provide an example with as much info as possible to help the team troubleshoot.
