4 months agoGood read, jenny.brown . It struck me that this is essentially a Set A vs Set B exercise—pointing out the common adviser blind spots and suggesting what should be happening instead. While the friction points are valid, I can’t help but think the real challenge isn’t knowing this list—it’s embedding it culturally in advice businesses so these frictions aren’t “points” but the default way of operating. Curious to see who in the industry is brave enough to move beyond checklists and actually change how advice is experienced.
