(And I will admit to being one of those people surprised by your decision at the time - but yeah - I totally get it). It's taken me a while to process the last 10 years from the other side of similar (although for different reasons) burnout - and I didn't have the foresight at the time to realise or do what I needed to. I'm glad it has been the right outcome for you and that you are in a better place! And well done for sharing the story - I think many people will hopefully read, reflect and that it will help them!
