Iress Limited (incorporated in Australia, ABN 47 060 313 359), and all companies within its Group, (together ("Iress", "us" or "we"), is a technology company providing software and services to the financial services industry.
We are required to comply with all applicable privacy legislation, including delegated legislation, in the jurisdictions in which we conduct our business. In Australia, this includes the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) and 13 Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) contained within.
This Notice describes the personal information we may collect, and how we may use, disclose, share, store, and protect (“handle”) that personal information in relation to our Advisely platform, Lead Partner Referrals, and Business and Advice Efficiency tool (collectively, “services”) by users. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us handling your personal information as set out in this Notice.

Purpose and use of personal information
The purpose of our collection of your personal information is to enable you to participate in our services, and provide you with direct marketing material (if you choose to opt in to this) in compliance with applicable privacy legislation, as well as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Disclosure of personal information
We keep your personal information safe in a secured location, and only accessible and disclosed to authorised internal Australia-based staff members, our contracted service providers (and their sub-contracted service providers) (for example, Khoros, LLC and Business Health Pty Ltd) and external partners (for example, members of our Lead Partners Referral Program) for the purposes of facilitating our services, or to meet our contractual and regulatory obligations.
Security of personal informationWWe will securely destroy your personal information either at your request or as otherwise required to comply with law / internal policies. Further, where personal information is collected and is not relevant for the purpose of collection, we will destroy or de-identify that personal information as soon as practicable if it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
