Task Hub - Search functionality
Hi,
Does anyone have a suggestion on how they search a client on the new task hub within a saved task view?
I have resorted to CTL find (client name) – and the name often doesn’t come up (even though the name is definitely in the list).
I am currently searching a saved list at the moment (Fee Consent) that has 90 tasks and not having much luck.
thanks
Hi Sally, timely question! We are running a webinar on the task hub this Wednesday that will contain lots of hints and tips, like this one, on how to make the most of the task hub screen. Sign up here for the Xplan Unlocked: Optimising Task Hub webinar if you haven't already.
To search for tasks allocated to a specific client, either from the main view or a specific saved task view:
- Select the Additional Filters icon
- Ensure entity = Client
- Search for and tick the client whose tasks you'd like to see
