đ€Xplan Hint: Whatâs that? Thereâs predictive search functionality in advanced searches now?
Did you know we just made it easier for you to find the field you are looking for in the search criteria field list? Predictive search is an advanced search functionality that uses smart algorithms to anticipate what youâre looking for - before you finish typing.
Yes, thatâs right, finding the right fields in Advanced Searches is now simpler and faster. Just start typing part of a field name and instantly see matching results to select from - no more trying to remember the field name or prefix, no more scrolling endlessly, hoping the right field will jump out at you!
This improvement was driven directly by client feedback, which stated that locating fields without knowing their exact prefix was difficult and time-consuming.
The new typeâahead field search is available wherever Search Criteria is used.
đĄPredictive search is now also available in the Xplan Syntax tool within the Email and Document Note editors, helping you work more efficiently.

Loving this new feature, making it so much easier! Thanks so much courtney.youngbluttâ.
Any chance we can get another win with being able to share MFC with specific groups? This would be helpful too!
Thanks again!

Lovely to hear from you colleen.tree2â and so glad you are enjoying the new feature. I agree that being able to set Managed Field Content to be shared with specific groups only would be useful. I have raised this feedback item with the team for you. Thanks for posting!
