I also love that you suggest regularly reviewing the Xplan modules to ensure you are using all available features. A monthly process of reviewing and sharing release note details as a team can help make sure you are implementing new features that will add value to the way you do business.
Too many times I have heard that a business is looking to add a new tech (add additional costs) to their tech pile because Xplan can't do XY or Z ... when it turns out that it can.
Always investigate the capability of the software you are already paying for before adding more costs and complexity.
