Quick question - when you say automating processes to track progress, could you please share an example of what you mean?

    In relation to this point: 

    Review process: Ensure that your review process is efficient and comprehensive. This includes setting reminders for regular client reviews and automating processes to track progress.

     

    Automation in my experience is usally completed via Sheduler to send reports to Oporations Managers, Email clients who are due for a review, and kick off Review Cases or Review Tasks. 

    The Progressing Tracking is then completed within the report or via the Case/Task.
