🤓 Xplan Hint: Auto update fields against both the client and the partner record

Did you know you can use a task outcome to not only update fields against the primary client but the partner record as well?

The secret is in the “Is joint? = Yes” field

When creating a thread or case template, you have the option to set the “Is joint?” field to Yes.

As you create each task in your workflow you can then use a task outcome to update a field against the client record. In this example, I have set the task to change the category to Diamond.

How else do you use task automation in Xplan to save you time?

The Workflow Starter Kit has lots of ideas on how you can include automation in your workflow.

I'd love to hear how you have employed this functionality in your business. 👇
