Thanks Jenny. I'm going to investgae AdviserForms as I know gathering the updated info from the client is a real bug bear for most advice businesses and their clients. I love that you are largely virtual. Not only from a client convenience perspective and also from a paperless office perspective.
Regarding your 'love' s/sheet, could that be handled in the software dashboard? Iress perhaps you can respond here. It seems like an opportunity to reduce duplicate data capture and errors.
Hi MandyP unfortunately what we understand we can get from XPlan is a static report at a point in time, not a live dashboard as such to replicate our ILU calls spreadsheet.
I agree, it would be awesome to have this capability and we have spoken with jessica.lamb regarding how we could build something, but we would like it live so that if one of the team updates something (ie. meeting date, advice doc date or FDS date) I can see it on what I'm looking at, without having to pull a new report.
Our s/sheet includes a lot of data from various places in xplan and across our whole client base.
It would be a great solution to have, we'd be happy to be the test case to get what we want laura.capozzi :)
