    Oh I agreee with rainier.reyes​! That's a tricky one to try and diagnose, in this forum michelle.tarr​ - it's likely happening due a specific setting or the way your workflow is set up behind the scenes. In this instance, you are best raising a query via Iress Connect with the support team.  - they will be able to take a look at your specific example and troubleshoot your specific use case.
