WealthSolver Balances/Aggregation
Hi dianne.preece.0 ,
We have never had the aggregation amount automatically linked ,and it is expected behaviour as there are plans require user to manually adjust the aggregated balance.
User needs to select the linking pop up to complete the aggregation.
If there is a plan which is eligible to aggregate within the scenario, the plan will then be automatically selected in the pop up, and user needs to select save to allow the amount to be populated.
Best regards,
Katrina
