Xplan ExpertWe are making full use of the task hub and task checklist items within our business both within workflows but also with stand-alone templated tasks. The system is mostly a positive experience for our team and has been a great driver of efficiency and consistency while also providing instructions and learnings at the time the task is assigned to assit with staff development and onboarding. That said, there are two things that our staff repeatedly ask for from the task checklist interface:
1. The ability to mark a checklist item as N/A . A second column of checkboxes next to the 'Complete' column would be appreciated that would give staff an "N/A" option to tick. That way a staff member doesn't need to review the unticked 'completed' box each time they touch the task to determine applicability for this client, they can review it once and if N/A then mark with a tick in the N/A box. This would deliver efficiency and reduce time spent reviewing the same 'outstanding' checklist item to assess applicability.
2. The ability to click and drag to reorder checklist items within an active task so that they can drag the completed and n/a tasks to the bottom of the checklist and just have the outstanding items at the top of the checklist for easy access and a more user-friendly experience.
Please advise if either of these are on the development roadmap. I'm more than happy to discuss with the current product manager if more information is required. Thanks.

While there are no immediate enhancements planned to the task hub at this stage, the team are collating common themes to determine what areas could be further developed at a later stage. I've logged both feedback items for you to make sure the product team are across this request.
