Hi Courtney, I tested the Xport you suggested. It is coming up with 2 rows and n/a. Also how do we add which entity it relates to?

Hi siva.mehta​ , we've built this Xport that might give you an idea of how to get the entity detail as well into your report. We're also pulling some case/thread data but you could omit that source if you don't need to know what case/thread the tasks are related to.
