đŸ€“ Xplan Hint: Search smarter from the Xplan search bar

Did you know you can search notes, workflow, policies, assets & portfolios straight from the Xplan search bar?

Need to find something quickly? Look no further than the top right-hand corner of Xplan.

I’d guesstimate that 95% of Xplan’s users only ever use this function to search for clients or to access saved Advanced Search criteria quickly, some may search for users or groups, less might search for referrers, suppliers or professional advisers.

How many of you have actually used the Xplan search bar to search for notes, workflow, policies, assets or portfolios?

Comment below and prove me wrong! âŹ‡ïžđŸ€”

Try it out:
👉 Searching notes by keyword will search note contents & file attachments.
👉 Search workflow by task subject or task, lead, opportunity, case or thread id.
👉Search assets, super, pension or insurance records by account or policy number.
👉 Portfolios search will search for portfolios by external account ID, portfolio name or account name.

A super quick and easy way to find what you need that’s been there the whole time! .....did you know that this functionality existed?
