How to force completion of specific fields as a thread outcome?
Hi Everyone,
Can you please assist me in finding out how to force specific field completion as an outcome on a thread
I'm trying to test the screen below as outcomes and I can't quickly see how this works it does not appear to do anything?
Thanks in advance!

Updating dates from a task outcome also doesn't work for me. Updating choice fields like Category does work.

Thanks Martin,
Hopefully Xplan have some suggestions seems strange that you can choose these options if they don't work...

Hi Martin,
Date fields now work after testing, just then have to find the right fields. There is not prompt or confirmation it just actions as an outcome

Hi sarah.burke38,
I’ve tested the functionality for updating both custom and standard date fields in standalone tasks and tasks within threads, and everything worked as expected.
Starting with a blank date field, I used your task outcome criteria of "task completion date plus 0 days", completed the task, and the date was populated with today’s date. I then changed the task outcome criteria to "task completion date plus 1 day", and upon completing the task, the same field was updated to tomorrow’s date.
Could you please reach out to our support team to raise the issue you're experiencing? They’ll be able to investigate your specific scenario and site configuration.
