Lifestyle Assets in Client Portal Fact Find
Hi Team,
We've just moved from a 3rd party platform that we used for capturing online fact finds, over to the integrated client portal fact find in Xplan. What we're saddened to see is that currently there is no way for clients to see\edit or add lifestyle assets such as motor vehicles.
Can you please look to add this asap - otherwise what we are capturing (*particularly for new client onboarding fact finds) is not a true representation of their situation.
This was functionality previously available with the other platform we used, so we've effectively gone backwards in moving over to the client portal fact find for the time being.
Thanks!
Sharyn

Hi Sharyn,
Thank you for this feedback which I've passed onto the product team.
To give you some context, this was not part of the original build, and a lot of work is needed to add this section. However, there is work underway in the background which will facilitate this kind of change much more easily, so please stay tuned.
Cheers,
Kenny

Hi Sharyn,
Thanks for your message. You're right, we do not currently have lifestyle assets in the fact find. We're looking at a number of options to expand the flexibility and give you more control over what fields are available and allow you to add them in without needing to go through Iress to make these changes.
This is one of a number of key changes that we're looking to introduce to Client Portal.
Regards

Thanks Lachlan- another pet peeve is the 48hour limitation on activating new Client Portal logins. We are finding this is causing frustration with new clients - they are sent their login details at the time we confirm their meeting, however many are not able to get time to login until over the weekend for example to complete their fact finds at which time their logins have timed out and they have to wait for us to be back in the office to unlock their accounts again- not a great first impression. We would love the ability to extend this "time out" period as we choose to give us flexibility.
