9 months agoPOLL: How can financial advice better support neurodivergent clients?
Hi everyone!
I just listened to a really interesting episode of the Upfront podcast where behavioural finance expert Krystle McGilvery talked about how advice can better support neurodivergent clients – those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and more.
Krystle mentioned that around 20% of the population is neurodiverse, but a lot of them feel like financial services aren’t meeting their needs.
What do you think?
As financial advisers, what changes have you made to better support neurodivergent clients? Have you found any specific tools, tips, or ways of communicating that work well?
Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
