This would be great if we would have time spent pre-calculated. At the moment, we have a task report that gets the difference between the date/time activated and the date/time completed for each tasks (less the weekend). But we would still have to manually adjust it occasionally to take into account holidays. So if we can have a holidays table as well loaded into Xplan, that would be great! 🙂

Hi Margaux - thanks for sharing. Can I ask if this is a report you have created yourself or this is something that can be generated from XPLAN?

  Hi Sandy 😊 It is something that we have developed, but the main data used is an Xport using the task fields. You may need to set it up first, but you can schedule it to generate every week or month depending on your business needs.
