Advisely Board
6 months agoGreat question Darren.Smith our key focus is growth and efficiencies as we believe they go hand in glove.
We took our entire Australian team away last week for a 2-day offsite where we spent a large amount of time on our businesses vision and mission. This was preceded by a strategy planning day with our partners the week prior. As we have 4 team members who are offshore, we got them to join in via teams on day 1 so they could be a part of our discussions around our vision and strategy and so we could ensure they also are on the same page, as you say it's so important for the whole business to know where we are headed and how each person can make such a difference.
With key outcomes and measurables I'm sure 2025 will be great.
