Iress ContributorHi edward.wilmoth, I love that you are looking to automate and not settling for unnecessary manual steps in a process!
You can have a task outcome that automatically takes the user to the case benchmark page - select the Go To A Page outcome then select the location of your case element on the interface.
Let me know though if this is not what you were after. 🙂
But does this just take the user to the list of cases for that client or actually into the case the thread is linked to?
