What's your focus for 2025?
In my latest blog here, I share from experience that the most successful advice businesses have a clear vision—one that isn’t just understood by leadership, but by the whole team. When everyone knows where the business is headed and how their role contributes, momentum builds.
👉 What’s one key focus for your advice practice this year?
👉 How are you getting your team on board with your vision?
Keen to hear everyone's perspective!

Great question Darren.Smith our key focus is growth and efficiencies as we believe they go hand in glove.
We took our entire Australian team away last week for a 2-day offsite where we spent a large amount of time on our businesses vision and mission. This was preceded by a strategy planning day with our partners the week prior. As we have 4 team members who are offshore, we got them to join in via teams on day 1 so they could be a part of our discussions around our vision and strategy and so we could ensure they also are on the same page, as you say it's so important for the whole business to know where we are headed and how each person can make such a difference.
With key outcomes and measurables I'm sure 2025 will be great. - rainier.reyes

Such a great conversation starter Darren.
From our conversations with advisers at the FAAA Congress last year, a lot are trying to navigate regulatory challenges but also looking looking to capitalise on efficiency opportunities to serve even more clients.
Can't wait to hear what others in the community have to say!
