Hi lachlan.fuller a great feature once a client has completed their client portal fact find would be to include the name of the fact find journey in the subject line and\or body of the email that the adviser receives & the subsequent file note in Xplan - we have setup 3 fact find journeys "Onboarding", "Risk Profile" and "Review" but it is not easy to identify when viewing file notes types which one was completed when. Can you add this as a development request? Hopefully it is just some simple coding in the email template.
